Music Fund for Cuba supporter Matthew Bazeley will be running the 2011 London Marathon this April and will be donating half the money he rasies to the charity.
Matthew says he is running for the Music Fund because: "I have always been a fan of Kirsty and her music and Cuba and its rich cultural heritage. I have benefitted in my life from being able to play music and perform and think that everyone should have that opportunity."
Matthew will be fitting his training and fundraising around working for the National Health Service and being a trustee for a charity that provides opportunities for people with head injury. He is also an active member of a swimming club, enjoys the theatre, occasionally DJs and is "now learning the ukulele for some reason."
Matthew is also running for Cancer Research UK.
